Steps to draw a 1×2 demux Draw the inputs On the left, write D (top) and A (bottom). Draw wires going right from both. Make the NOT gate for A Take the wire from A and pass it through a NOT gate (triangle with a bubble). Label the output of that gate as Ā. Draw two AND gates side by side Put two 2-input AND gates to the right of the inputs. Top AND gate → will produce O1. Bottom AND gate → will produce O2. Connect wires Send D into both AND gates (split the wire into two branches). Send Ā (the output of the NOT gate) into the top AND gate. Send A (direct wire) into the bottom AND gate. Label outputs The output of the top AND gate = O1. The output of the bottom AND gate = O2. See more
