I want to design an image for editorial for blood journal. the image should have two sides one for AL amyloidosis plasma cells and one for MM plasma cells. both should be targeted by isatuximab a CD38 monoclonal antibody. but activity of the drug (ADCC, CDC, phagocytosis, apoptosis) is better on the AL side because: fewer plasma cells on the AL side, and stronger T cell activity (i.e. less T-cell exhaustion). In addition, the isatuximab should also target T-reg cells with CD38 on them on both sides. there should be only plasma cells scattered in each side, more on the MM side. the image should also be very simple. the antibody should be smaller and a few more. plasma cells color is fine but the nucleus is eccentric; more viable cells should be on the MM side See more
