I am a clinical psychologist working with a 13 year old girl and her Mum. She has chronic fatigue syndrome and crohns, and suspected autism and ADHD. She currently does homeschooling, and as part of our work we developed a 'wellbeing check in' that covers 5 areas that she identified are important in 'staying well' (i.e. supporting her emotional wellbeing) while homeschooling (below). - Staying social - Getting outside and moving my body - Looking after emotions - Keeping up motivation - Getting out of my comfort zone NB. getting out of my comfort zone is about expanding her comfort zone and facing situations that come with some anxiety, but are things she wants to do more- like walking to the shops on her own, meeting new people, going out for dinner with family Please generate an image that represents these areas that i can share with her. I'm picturing a circle divided into six areas (like the counters in Trival Pursuit), with one area for each theme. Please make it visually appealing for a 13 year old girl, and I would like it to be engaging and exciting to look at, and leave you feeling motivated and positive when looking at it. Each section should also have the name of each theme on it. Please ask any questions that will improve the result. See more
