🔲 Layout of the Cave Drawing (Left to Right) 1. The Prisoners Draw 3–4 stick figure people sitting in a row. Show chains on their legs and necks (simple lines connecting them to the ground or walls). Their heads are fixed forward, facing right (they can’t look around). Label: “Prisoners” 2. The Wall and Shadows In front of the prisoners (to the right), draw a cave wall. On the wall, draw shadows—stick figures of animals or people in outline. Label this area: “Wall of Shadows” 3. The Fire and the Puppeteers Behind the prisoners (to the left), draw a low wall or platform. Behind that wall, draw stick figure people holding up shapes—animals, trees, tools.
