Design Overview • Commercial: Air Fryer • Dimensions: 1 foot (W) x 2 feet (D) x 2 feet (H) with a potato cutter on the top • Inlet/Outlet: Both located at the front (top and bottom) of the unit to facilitate a single entry and single exit point. There will be a commercial potato french-fry cutter mounted on the top of the unit so you just put a potato in and cut it, which drops the fries into the fryer. Key Features 1. Potato Cutter: o A commercial potato cutter that has exchangeable blades for different sizes of fries. o The fries drop from the cutter into the fryer, onto the conveyor system. o Easily accessible and removable for cleaning. 2. Conveyor System: o A combination of 2 conveyor belts that moves raw, fresh-cut fries throughout the air frying chamber, from the front, where the cutter drops them, to the back and then drops them onto the next conveyer that comes back to the front which will drop the cooked fries into the basket. o The conveyor system will separate the French-fries so they’re not stuck together or stuck to the conveyor.. o Adjustable speed settings to control cooking time based on the fry thickness. 3. Air Frying Technology: o High-velocity hot air circulation for even cooking without using oil, promoting a healthier method for frying fries. o Multiple heating elements for consistent temperature maintenance throughout the frying cycle. 4.
