A hot plate with a tower on the side that has a motor and bowl at the top of it. A temperature probe dangles into the pot, and when it reaches the desired temperature, the motor is actuated, flipping the contents of the bowl into the pot to boil. After a set amount of cooking time, the hot plate shuts off. It could also be attached to a clock where it starts cooking automatically at a certain point in the day.
