“The Catastrophic Cruise” - An indoor dark coaster taking you through the journey of the great depression. When you first enter the ride you will be met with a tour guide, a poor looking man who introduces you to America’s depression in the 20’s and 30’s. Afterwards the guide pops out of scene and you watch yourself drive through a town. In the town you see violence and poverty, many drunk people and children are found homeless. The guide comes back to describe this as a hooverville. After giving a brief summary he leaves you on your own and this ride acts as a horror attraction. This ride will emphasize the automobile and what it brought to society. The whole time you will be close to being attacked, or be going through a burning town, and the car will speed you out of such situations into safety. At the end you will arrive at a Ford factory producing cars and the ride will end with the car being glorified and saving America from the great depression See more
