Instead of the original half-roof on the upper floor, the building now features a full-width steel canopy that wraps around the front and side, replacing the small verandah. The canopy is sleek, flat or slightly curved, and made with black steel framing and matte metal panels. The restaurant’s name "Chilli’s" is stylishly mounted in bold, red backlit channel letters along the edge of the canopy facing the road, clearly visible day or night. The ground floor façade is upgraded with a stone veneer base (3–4 feet high) wrapping around the perimeter, adding texture and elegance. Warm wood-texture or composite cladding panels accent the upper portions of the building and entrance areas. The upper balcony is fully enclosed with clear frameless glass railings and black steel posts, offering an unobstructed view and a modern finish. Along the glass railing is a planter ledge with trailing greenery and flowers, softening the structure’s edges. The canopy is lined with recessed LED strip lighting along the underside, casting a soft glow onto the walls. Decorative column uplights and façade washers bring the building alive at night, emphasizing the mix of textures and creating a cozy ambiance. In front of the building, there is a small outdoor café-style seating area under the extended canopy, with metal café tables, string See more
