Never had we ever come across a cashier as rude is "Haidi" (per name badge). To start, I normally don't order a salad at The Habit. Clearly, The Habit is famous for their awesome grilled burgers and tri-tip sandwiches. So to mixed it up a bit l decided to order a tri-tip salad. Since l'm not familiar with ordering a salad at The Habit, I asked Haidi what my options were. Haidi, was very inconsiderate, condescending, never smiled and was just extremely short. To top it off, I asked her twice if I ordered an iced tea in addition to the combo order, and she responded yes. As I started walking away, I realized, she only handed me one cup so l requested for my iced tea cup. She nearly slammed the cup on the counter without a simple apology. Unbelievable! Never had we ever encountered such rudeness in any Habit locations from Long Beach to Santa Barbara... As we walked out, I saw a sign indicating they were hiring new cashiers. For a split moment, I thought, maybe they should consider a courtesy training along with that hiring process. Just a thought!!! On another note, I noticed the other cashier. She appeared courteous and smiled with every customer. At one time, l actually saw the other cashier help clean tables and ask if customers needed anything.
