Unfortunately, despite collecting multiple samples from a variety of locations, phages were not found so the experiments were unsuccessful and had to adopt a phage from another classmate. Unfortunately, after numerous attempts, no web plate formed, so a lysate could not be produced. The clear plaques suggest efficient lysis and a lytic cycle. The lack of a halo indicates the phage did not produce extracellular enzymes. The length classifies Jhonny 5 as a non-contractileSiphoviridae.​ See more
