Vintage black and white logo with corgis, a Victorian house, a man with a cigar, cattails, and text for Snow Hill, Maryland 1686.

I need a logo for letter head as the central district councilman for the town of Snow Hill Maryland, established in 1686. Place this title at the bottom off the logo in a patriotic banner. I want it to include two corgis who are primarily black in color with white marks on their heads going down their noses. I would like the corgis to be looming over a gothic Victorian farm house with the plant cattails on either side. Below and to the right of the house I would like a Victorian era white man with a beard almost seen in profile wearing a bowler and chewing on a big cigar. See more
