I have a chrome extension that works on ecommerce sites. It is a purchasing assistant that helps scan and detect good deals and protect against fake listings. I need an icon for this extension. It should carry the message of scanning, detecting, working in the background silently… The icon should be abstract, calm, non-literal. The main color theme of the extension UI is light orange, so this is the suggested (but not required) color scheme. The icon needs to be square, it needs to look good very small, because it will be displayed in the extensions toolbar in the top-right of Chrome. So it shouldn't be very detailed, but rather simple - nothing complicated. If a good icon cannot be reduced to a very small size, perhaps it makes sense to have a simple version for icon, and a more complex for logo - just something to keep in mind. The icon should have a transparent background. It's very important that the icon is square. It will be displayed as a 32px by 32px square in the extensions toolbar. See more
