Identity solution ensures role-based provisioning for new users. Once the application credentials are created, they are also registered in the SSO profile for the user. This eliminates a need to hand out any application credentials except for the one AD credential. Application teams benefit as they can raise the password complexities for non-AD applications given users will not have to know/remember such passwords going forward.
