Now we need also build a "counter use case" to reflect the current situation (unhappy path) where we are: we have many IT applications, grouped by the departments as silos, and data are duplicated all of the places, in many different database/ cloud solutions. And thousands of Dashboards, with conflicting metrics information and "close but variant semantic models" scatter all around.
