A modular, pre-assembled solar mounting structure designed to hold three photovoltaic panels. The frame is a lightweight but high-strength truss system made from folded aluminum sheets with reinforced steel joints. Each truss segment is formed using pressed or corrugated aluminum to increase stiffness. Truss links are connected with revolute joints that allow controlled rotation of the entire panel assembly. The system must support 3 panels of 35 kg each and remain stable under wind loads. A horizontal rotation axis is built into the central truss beam. The tilt angle can be manually adjusted between 15–30 degrees using reinforced locking brackets that prevent vibration and ensure stable positioning. All joints have clean, precise geometry suitable for CAD modeling. The base uses four UV-resistant compressed plastic footing modules that distribute ground pressure evenly and prevent sliding or sinking. Each base connects to the frame through a tool-free slide-in mechanism, enabling fast installation. The structure arrives almost fully pre-assembled and requires minimal unfolding or locking steps. The design features clean industrial lines, triangular and X-pattern truss reinforcements, clear mounting rails, hinge joints, and stiffeners. Surfaces include brushed aluminum, painted steel, and matte HDPE. White background, high clarity, realistic lighting, crisp edges, and detailed mechanical components suitable for engineering visualization and CAD output. See more
