Create a post-apocalyptic picture of the highway I-90 bridge crossing the Columbia River from Vantage. Vantage town is visible, and has grown into a small settlement around the ferry service. The Vantage Bridge across the river has partially collapsed with several sections submerged at the water line where some breakers crash against it. There is a heavy cable attached to the bridge, starting at Vantage and running perpendicular along length of the bridge to the Eastern shore. Attached to the cable, there is medium launch barge which is using its engine to power a pulley system to pull the boat along the bridge; crossing the river from the west shore to the east shore. At each shore, there are docks for the launch which have pulley elevators to bring people and goods back up to the level of the highway. See more
