A historically accurate Dutch Colonial house with a classic gambrel roof and attic dormers. The house is two stories with an attic, clad in white-painted wooden clapboard siding. The roof is made of aged, weathered gray cedar shingles. Windows are traditional 6-over-1 double-hung style with no shutters. The front door is centered and features 9 window lites on the top half. The house sits on a dark “Delaware blue rock” colored Belgian block foundation that matches a surrounding 3-foot-tall pony wall made from precisely cut Belgian block stone. On top of the wall is a 3-foot-tall hoop-and-spear iron fence. The fence surrounds the front lawn and stops approximately 15 feet before the driveway, with no entry gate. To the right of the house is an asphalt driveway with a trench drain running across the center. A three-light George Cutter "Boulevard" antique-style lamp post stands beside the driveway. On the far right side of the property is a detached 1.5-car garage with a steep A-frame roof, distinct in design from the main house. The garage has its own separate driveway, also asphalt. Use a slightly angled front 3/4 perspective showing the full house, driveway, garage, fence, and surrounding lawn. Lighting should reflect a clear spring or summer afternoon with realistic shadows and natural color tones. See more
