Industrial design render of a “Knife-Light Pole” for a public space. A central galvanized steel or aluminum tube (Ø120–150 mm, 4–5 mm wall) on a bolted base plate with four M16 anchors. Around the tube are modular 3D-printed PETG/ASA wedges that interlock like stacked tiles; each wedge has a recessed pocket holding blunted metal knife fragments fully encapsulated in clear casting resin. Outside is a clear UV-stable polycarbonate sleeve clamped by CNC-milled aluminum rings (top/bottom). Solar panel cap with IP67 LED driver; vertical LED strip behind a frosted diffuser glows softly. All joins are bolted, rivnuts and PEM nuts only, no welding. Hemmed sheet edges via press brake, drainage ports near base, anti-tamper fasteners visible. Photorealistic daylight, 35-mm lens, slight isometric, PBR metals, realistic shadows, urban plaza background. --ar 16:9 --style photoreal See more
