I want to generate an image of a cellular immunofluorescence experiment. The image should include two types of cells: macrophages and neutrophils, with a total of about a dozen cells. The macrophages are labeled with red CD206 antibodies, and their nuclei are stained with blue DAPI dye. The macrophages have an irregular shape with multiple protrusions. The nuclei of the neutrophils are labeled with green citH3 antibodies and blue DAPI dye. However, the nuclei of the macrophages are approximately 5 micrometers larger than those of the neutrophils, and the nuclei of the neutrophils exhibit lobulated nucleoli. The staining background should include some miscellaneous colors. See more
