draw and label this. Spring insoles are an explosive material that is put in shoes of athletes and other people to be more explosive in their shoes for a cheap price. Athletes can level up their jumping and protection of landing and be safe when exploding off the ground. This will help people to be more explosive when jumping, running and more. There will be a soft layer of foam so you could even put these insoles into regular walking shoes, and they would stop your feet from hurting, as it provides a good cushion. These particular insoles have springs built into the insole to provide extra force and power when running and jumping. Usually, regular foam insoles don't return your energy when put into the ground, but these insoles will greatly return the energy due to the springs.
