1500 BC. the israelites are very sorry for worshipping another god. moses with his white beard and half long hair is standing before the tabernacle. the priests around him bow down in the dust. in front of the tent you see the altar and the huge washing vessel. israelites are gathered at the entrance of the linnen fence. they throw their gold necklaces and braces scattered over the floor and prostrate down or cry with hands before the eyes. the tabernacle is well decorated with beautifal fabric sheets, but it is closed with two curtains. It is hot, the sun burns, but above the tabernacle stands the huge white cloud column, overshadowing it all. See more
