id like to do a Komodo, which is the name of a homebrew DnD race i have made (they DO NOT look like a komodo dragon), Komodo's are a lizard race that looks somewhat like an Armadillo standing on 2 feet, with the neck and head of a snapping turtle. while this is the closest irl thing to describe them it's not exactly accurate, its the shapes, but not the physiology. its hard to tell where the neck ends and the head begins, and they both (the head and neck) are very thick. they have a stooped appearance, as if hunch-backed, where the Carapace stands taller than the head. the tallest point of the carapace usually Being 4-5 feet in height, rivaling a dwarf in their physical broadness, they can weigh 400-500 pounds (they aren't fat but the carapace weighs a lot), their scales usually tend towards brown schemes with rare outliers. again, the carapace has the shape of an armadillo shell, however this is still a lizard, for the background i want and old paper texture with a yellowish hue, for the pose show him holding a walking stick See more
