I would like you to pencil sketch a development idea I have for commercial property. Part of the property is on the top ridge of a hill at street level, and the back of the property goes down a hill. At street level, I would like a plaza with 6 shops, all facing the main road and all 1 1/2 stories tall. The shops at street level will utilize the road frontage and have one row of parking in front, then there will be a driveway at the right side of the shops that will go behind and below the shops.
