A residential block with very pleasant buildings, designed to look smaller and more modest in scale than they actually are. There are small garden plots at the front with varied plantings and color changes in the plants. The buildings are broken down into smaller areas and aesthetic extensions. Imaginative details and unusual dormer windows. About four floors in general, but fewer floors in some sections. Parts of the ground floor house a small gallery with dining and a couple of shops. Around the gallery's entrance, there is especially inviting and detailed decoration. The overall style of the entire block is a mix of 1920s English with Victorian elements. The block looks interesting, inviting, harmonious, distinctly cozy, and a little organic. Some tables and cafe chairs outside the dining area, for extra invitation feel. See more
