Our creative team specializes in turning your ideas into one-of-a-kind experiences. How Does IEG Entertainment Work with Clients? After your initial consultation call, you will need to provide the following items before we can begin your project: Proof of Funds Letter of Interest Profile of Direct Signatory Investor Once these documents are received and due diligence is completed, a refundable binder fee of 15% (based on the artist’s performance rate) will be required. When the binder fee is paid, your project becomes “green-lighted”, and our team will begin coordinating your event. Our Process Includes: Reviewing your entertainment request form Confirming the event date and budget Identifying available artists within your preferred list and price range Determining how much of the production responsibilities you’d like IEG to handle (e.g., sound, hotel, transportation, etc.) After this review, we will provide you with a comprehensive quote that includes the artist’s fee and any production services we will manage.
