Bike stand concept: "Bread wheels" The design idea The bike stand is becoming not just a utilitarian object, but a small form that continues the bakery's narrative. The name and shape play out a double meaning: bread (a round loaf) and a wheel (a bicycle). The shape of the bike rack is an abstract, enlarged "imprint" of a bread circle, transformed into a functional bicycle grid. * An integrated canopy made of translucent polycarbonate in the shape of an inverted loaf is attached to a brick wall to protect it from rain. * On the outer ring there is a plaque with a short history of the Bakery and the symbols of the project (it is possible with a QR code for an audio guide). * Illumination along the contour is possible at night — a soft, warm glow that simulates an "oven". * Designed for 8-12 bicycles — compact, but enough for peak load. * Round or spiral construction made of galvanized steel with a matte finish (to avoid glare). * The inner part is a perforated disk resembling a flour sieve, which serves both as a base and a decorative element. * It is possible to insert recycled bricks from the Bakery into the pedestal — a reference to the history of the place.
