1. Ceiling Trolley + Mast Lift: TitanLift AI is fixed to a ceiling rail trolley. From the trolley, a vertical mast drops down — just like the mast of a forklift, but inverted (hanging). Inside the mast is a fork carriage that moves up and down on chains or linear actuators. 2. Forks (Central Grappling): Two fork tines extend from the mast (facing forward). These forks slide through the pallet from the rear, just like a forklift. They carry all the weight of the pallet and 2×2 bale stack. 3. Dual Side Arms (Stabilizers): Two adjustable side stabilizer arms are mounted on the mast frame. Once the forks lift the pallet, the side arms slide out or swing down to press against the left and right sides of the load. They stabilize but do not carry weight — only prevent sway or shifting.
