Evan is a tall and slim-built white-skinned Heaven-born, Hell-raised Nephilim, standing at 7 feet tall, the same height as Alastor, Evan's boyfriend. Evan has short, slightly messy, blonde hair with thin light coral blue streaks on the paler-blonde highlights. His hair also features bangs that are flipped to the left side and ends with a cute curl. His eyes sport light yellow sclera, blue irises, and large black pie-cut pupils and gray eyelids. He has black lips and blue circle cheeks. Evan also features animal-like traits, such as blue-toed white cat paws with darker blue paw pads, the white fur only extending to his ankles, which he keeps hidden under his footwear, fangs in his mouth and a forked tongue like his dad, (only Evan's tongue is blue while Lucifer's is purple) and a cute little black heart-shaped nose. His fingernails are black, pointed and more claw-like than Charlie's. Evan wears a blue tuxedo-jacket with darker blue lapels rimmed with white and a small white tag located on the right side. He wears this over an untucked, long-sleeved, high-collared white dress-shirt that has two black buttons and dark blue cuffs, worn with black suspenders and a small black bowtie with a blue center. His dress pants are colored in a slight darker shade than his jacket, and his footwear are heeled, black saddle shoes with blue toes and tips of the heels and blue cat pawprints emblazoned on the soles.
