STEP ONE Initial Meeting We meet with you to introduce ourselves, and to come to an agreement on the best way forward with your search. We spend time getting to know you, and getting to know what’s most important to you about the property you’re looking for. STEP TWO Brief to market Once we have a good understanding of what you’re looking for, we proactively take your brief to the market. This includes leveraging our 800 + strong data base of local real estate agents to ensure you are getting complete visibility of the market. STEP THREE Finding Your Home We take the time to scour the market for the perfect property for you. This will include visiting any number of properties, reviewing agent listings, approaching vendors directly, and visiting off market opportunities. In some cases, we may employ special tactics to assist find your home, such as door knocking, leaflet drops or direct mailouts. Most of our clients spend 6-8 weeks in this search phase. STEP FOUR Inspect We will attend inspections on site with you to give you the opportunity to view the properties we have put forward. In most cases, our preference is to arrange private inspections for our clients, so you can spend as much time as you need in the property. STEP FIVE Due Diligence Once we find the right property, the next step ensures you are buying something that isn’t going to cause any issues down the track.
