Embroidered US Presidential seal with wilting olive branch, cash, in hoop.

Please generate a detailed cross stitch design of the US Presidential seal with a few changes. I would like the olive branch to be wilting, some leaves having fallen to the "floor" of the pattern. I would also like for the arrows to be replaced with a wad of cash in the grip of the eagles talon. I would also like for the eagles head to be facing the side of the cash.
