1. Choose Your Viewpoint Imagine you're looking up at the can from below — this is a low-angle perspective. The top of the can will appear narrower, and the bottom wider, due to perspective. 2. Draw the Base (Closest to Viewer) Start with a wide oval for the bottom of the can. This oval should be slightly flattened horizontally to show it's closer and facing the viewer. 3. Draw the Body From the edges of the oval, draw two slightly curved vertical lines going upward. These lines should narrow as they go up, showing the can leaning back and receding into space. 4. Draw the Top Finish with a smaller oval at the top, tilted backward. This oval should be narrower than the base, and slightly angled to suggest the can is leaning away. 5. Leaning Back Pose To show the “surprised” emotion: Make the vertical lines curve slightly backward, as if the can is recoiling. The top oval can be tilted more dramatically to exaggerate the lean. 6. Placement on Page Position the can low on the page, with lots of space above it. This enhances the feeling that something surprising is happening above or around it. See more
