I peel and chop one onion and a bulb of garlic. Then, I drain a 15.5-oz can of beans, open a 15-oz can of diced tomatoes, and open a 2-pound package of ground beef. I plug in and turn on an electric frying pan, pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and wait until the pan is hot. Next, I crush 2 hot peppers and put them in the pan along with the onion and garlic. I saute the onion, garlic, and hot peppers, and then add the can of beans. After that, I put in the ground meat and let it cook for about 7-10 minutes or until the meat is browned. Next, I add the can of diced tomatoes, 1 ½ cups of tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of turmeric, ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 1 teaspoon of paprika. You can also add one bunch of coriander (cut up) if you like. I stir that up and let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Lastly, I turn off the pan. You can serve it over rice or eat it in a tortilla wrap. See more
