Back in the Emerald City, Glinda confronts the Wizard and Morrible with the Grimmerie and Elixir. The Wizard recognizes the Elixir as his own. He was the man Elphaba's mother had an affair with, thus her biological father, and the Elixir was the cause of her green skin. As the Wizard agonizes, Morrible laments that Elphaba's mixed Earth and Oz heritage was why she was so powerful. Glinda banishes the Wizard from Oz and arrests Morrible for murdering Nessarose. Glinda leaves and heads over to Munchkinland while Morrible is taken away by the guards. See more
