Because of that crash, he is now only dangerous because of powers, for is brain had suffered extreme injury and is not that useful. His powers, however, are very useful, and can make any piece of technology with ease, no matter how complicated or crazy it may be. The problem is Lord Cypher cannot think of great ideas on his own and, therefore, relies on either basic or outright dumb ideas to stop Magnificent Man. Magnificent Man is the arch nemesis of Lord Cypher; they have been battling for centuries. Some Magnificent Man would win, others Lord Cypher would almost win, but the battles continued.
