The queue is staged as customs paperwork lines: period posters, packed trunks, audio letters playing in multiple languages, projection of ship manifests scrolling overhead. Interactive stations let guests "fill out" a boarding card (a keepsake card with a stamped date) and listen to short oral histories describing hopes and fears before arrival. See more
