Madelyna is a wheel-bound yet resilient Crown Prosecutor for the Crown Court (in which she earned the nickname Hermione by coworkers, due to her by-the-book stance, but she is flexible when it counts) as she received her injury after a .38 calibre hit her lower spine. Most of it was removed during the surgical process, but some remnants remain due to bordering nerves and bone. As such, she has limited mobility as she can manage short distances, but not longer ones. Despite this, her resilience is truly inspiring to disabled Brits who look up to her as she says they can still work despite traumatic events or their disability. She just requests that the gavel do a tap instead, as the suddenness of a strike is otherwise akin to a bullet. See more
