I am going to upload a picture of my house. We want to build a guest house under 1000 Sqft that is the same style as our current home. We are looking for the house to be raised on concrete pilings with a partially blocked lower area for a outdoor kitchen and ping pong table. We would like the lower area to have some horizontal boards for privacy and solid wall around the exterior for the outdoor kitchen. The upstairs will be just one level. We would like a porched area. Do not make the house just a rectangle but give it some architecture design. Keep in mind this is a guest house so it should not look like a standalone home. Addtionally needs an exterior staircase. the bottom should be somewhat open in like a coastal home would have. MAKE SURE THE UPSTAIRS LEVEL IS JUST ONE STORY BUT CAN HAVE RAISED AREAS. Include a exterior staircase. ENSURE THERE IS A COOL ARCHITECTURAL FEEL TO IT. See more
