🧲 Generator v1.4 – Build Description for AI Modeling > A multi-axis, regenerative electromagnetic generator designed around a 16-inch solid ferrite orb core. The core is wrapped in three independent coils — each aligned to a different axis (X, Y, and Z) — wound with heavy-gauge copper wire and separated by layers of clear epoxy insulation. Each coil layer fully encompasses the sphere in its respective axis. > Surrounding the orb are six nested, concentric carbon fiber rings: X+, X−, Y+, Y−, Z+, and Z−. Each ring is mounted independently and rotates on its own axis. The innermost ring spins fastest; each successive ring decreases by 500 RPM, with the outermost ring (Z−) rotating at 1200 RPM. All ring motion is powered via a single drive motor at the Z− axis, which transfers torque through a geared system to each ring. > Each ring is equipped with a circular inward-facing Halbach array made of high-strength neodymium magnets. These arrays are precisely aligned to focus magnetic flux inward, toward the orb’s coil layers. To enhance this effect, soft magnetic flux concentrators are mounted on the outer surfaces of the rings. The Z− ring is constructed thicker than the others for enhanced interaction with a stationary base platform lined with magnets, positioned directly beneath it. > Attached to the non-inductive surfaces of each carbon fiber ring are aluminum heatsinks, thermally isolated from coil zones. Mounted to each heatsink are thermoelectric generators (TEGs) to reclaim See more
