✏️ Materials: Paper Pencil (or pen/marker) Ruler (optional) Step 1: Draw the Vertical Line of the Cross Start in the middle of your paper. Draw a long vertical line (about 3/4 the height of your paper). This will be the main body of the cross. Step 2: Draw the Horizontal Line Draw a shorter horizontal line across the vertical line, about 1/3 from the top. Make sure it's centered so it crosses the vertical line evenly. It should form a lowercase "t" shape. Step 3: Thicken the Lines (Optional) To make it look like a wooden cross or more stylized, draw parallel lines around the vertical and horizontal lines to thicken them. Then outline them and erase the inner lines. Step 4: Add the Verse Reference – "Psalms 46:5" You have a few layout options: Option A: Centered Underneath Write “Psalms 46:5” neatly below the cross. Option B: Vertical on the Cross Write “Psalms” along the vertical beam (going downwards). Write “46:5” across the horizontal beam. Option C: Inside the Cross Write “God is within her, she will not fall” inside the body of the cross, and then put “Psalms 46:5” at the bottom. Step 5: Add Decorative Elements (Optional) You can add a sunburst behind the cross. Draw some flowers or vines wrapping around the base. Add a heart or a small dove near the verse reference. See more
