The Tragedy of Macbeth Split Portraits Task: Work independently or with a small group (no more than 4) to create a character portrait based on an analysis of Act I from The Tragedy of Macbeth by William Shakespeare. Macbeth Assignment Details 1. Draw an image of your character(s): One half is realistic - what does your character physically look like? Make sure to include details such as eyes, nose, clothes, etc. The other half is metaphorical/symbolic.
