Draw a treasure map starting with: 1. START here at a red trail marker sign titled: Nature's treasure Center. The red sign is located on the right beside a tall Cedar at the main entrance. 2. Sketch it by drawing the signpost with woodchips and shadows from all trees. 3. Route a dashed path drawn from Cedar trailhead onto the red trail loop curving through shade areas and sunny clearings. 4. Then draw a path with Jack-in-the-pulpit plants nestled under ferns. One has a tall hooded spathe with stripes and a spadix peeking out. 5. Sketch a close up of the flowers's hooded structure and three-lobed leaves. 6. Then continue along the path by sketching a wooden boardwalk over a wetland buzzing with dragonflies hovering near cattails and reflections in water. 7. Then draw a stump with visible racoon tracks in the soft earth nearby and some mushrooms growing beside. 8. Sketch the stump, mushrooms, and a racoon paw print. 9. Route a dotted line connected all three discoveries in trail order. See more
