Education by way of Indianapolis Public School System attending Howe High School as well as Arlington High School. Very intelligent, Michael had an amazing ability to support others with reading, writing, and mathematics. Preceded in death by his father Michael D. Skaggs Jr. and his proud Grandma and Guardian Ella M. Skaggs. Michael was blessed with a life by his own terms and to which he enjoyed the creative explorations of Sci-Fi, Anime, and items that represented these expressions as a collector. But it was more for him and he respected these expression in way far greater. Michael came and would go as it pleased finding homes on the east and central east sides of Indianapolis that he found joy in calling HIS home. He also embrace the tireless efforts of employee in may jobs, but spent the bulk of his employment career among those at Community East Hospital. Michael was employed there for 20+ year and made an impression amongst those he worked with as well as came in contact with that he was unapologetically identified as quiet, to himself, out of the way, respectful, short patience with nonsense, and to be left alone unless necessary.
