With school out for the summer, mermaid Princess Seraphina and her friends Kaia and Astrid were getting ready for the annual scavenger hunt within Siren City. A year earlier, King Trenton, started the contest to keep his people happy and not think about the secret domed undersea kingdom slow flooding. Although they were merpeople and could breathe underwater, they preferred to have dryland they would walk on as well as waterways in which to swim. Busy with several other things, the king’s wife, Queen Storm stepped up to create a more memorable scavenger hunt that could possibly take all day. After heading for what could possibly be the second place for the game, the princess and her friends swam through a stream of bubbles and disappeared just as Queen Belle did eleven years earlier. What happened to the mermaids? Did some mystical force send them somewhere else? Will they ever see their home again? See more
