A black-and-white wax seal design, circular, 25mm diameter, featuring a circular perimeter of lobed oak leaves extending at most 1/3 of the distance from the outside of the circle toward the center. Inside the leaves in the bottom right quadrant, a closed book viewed isometrically. In the center, the letter "E" formed from a long, skinny dragon. Inside the leaves on the left-hand side, an integral sign. Inside the leaves at the top right, a septagon. High contrast, bold lines, suitable for engraving.
